Driven 32
Stephen Gilbert of Santa Monica, California is the proud owner, of this all steel 32 Roadster. Stephen wanted this hot rod to be built with the finest and most reliable components available. After all, this car was built to be driven. The build-up of this road warrior Roadster includes a custom frame with a Kugel front and rear suspension. The hood and hood sides, as well as the rear pan were fabricated from scratch and assembled to the channeled Rod Bod all steel body. The driveline consists of an LS1 crate motor, mated to a Richmond 6 speed. The wheels of choice are 17" x 7" and 18" x 8" Fikse Alloy Wheels.
Looking into the interior you will find seats out of a Porsche Spyder, built by Fibersteel in Azusa, CA. Fibersteel also did the carpeting.
We manufactured the one-off recessed billet dash insert for this Roadster. Classic Instruments provided Stephen with a set of their fine gauges.
Built with style and drivability in mind, this steel 32 will turn heads, both on the highways and byways of America as well as at the local rod run or burger joint of choice
